Privacy notice
This notice describes how Aiforseniorsclub uses personal details you send through this website or by telephone. It was written in 2026 for our Singapore practice. It is not a medical, legal, or government service notice. Questions go to [email protected].
We collect only what we need to reply and, if you enrol, to run a class. We do not sell lists. We do not buy advertising based on your details.
What we collect
From the website forms: your name, email address, optional telephone number, the topic you selected, and the message you wrote. We also store the time of the submission and whether you ticked consent. A hidden field is used to discourage automated spam. If that field is filled, we discard the submission.
If you telephone us, we may write down your name, number, and a short note of what you asked. If you enrol, we keep the programme name, session times, and a record of payment after the first session. We do not ask for SingPass, bank passwords, or copies of identity cards in order to answer an enquiry.
We do not collect health records, and we ask you not to paste them into a form. If a message includes extra personal facts we did not need, we still treat them as personal data and keep them only as long as the enquiry requires.
Why we use the details
We use them to reply to your question, to book a free orientation call, to confirm a class time, and to send the large-print recap you were promised. If you ask to join a mailing list, we will wait for that separate request. The forms on this site do not add you to a list on their own.
The legal basis we rely on in Singapore is the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. You give consent by ticking the box on the form, or by continuing a call after we explain why we are taking a number. You can withdraw consent by writing to [email protected]. We may still keep a minimal record where we must show that a class ran or that a fee was paid.
Keeping, sharing, and storing
Enquiry messages are stored on hosting in Singapore. We keep an unanswered enquiry for up to 12 months, then delete it unless you have joined a programme. Class records are kept for up to 24 months after the last session, then reduced to a payment note if accounts still need it.
We share details with a person inside Aiforseniorsclub only to reply or to teach. We may share an email address with a video-link provider solely to send you a class link. We do not sell details. We do not pass them to advertisers. If a law in Singapore requires disclosure, we will follow that requirement and keep the request on file.
Hosting staff may see server logs (date, technical address, pages requested) in order to keep the site working. Those logs are not used to build a profile of you. For browser storage used by the cookie banner, see the cookies page.
Your choices
You may ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete an enquiry that has not become a class record. Write to [email protected] from the address you used, or post to 230 Orchard Road, #09-05, Faber House, Singapore 238854. We aim to reply within 30 days.
You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore if you believe this notice has not been followed. We would rather hear from you first, so we can correct a mistake.
