Terms of use
These terms cover the Aiforseniorsclub website and the classes we run from Singapore. The club opened in 2026. Using the site, sending a form, or joining a session means you accept these terms. They are written in ordinary English on purpose.
Aiforseniorsclub provides general education about consumer AI tools. It is not a medical, legal, or government service. For personal data, read the privacy notice.
Classes and payment
Places are confirmed by email after an orientation call or a written enquiry. You pay after the first session of a programme. If that first session shows the class is a poor fit, you may stop without paying for later weeks. We do not require a signed contract.
Cancel or move a booked session with at least 24 hours’ notice and there is no charge. With less notice, the session is payable because the seat cannot be offered to someone else. Refunds, where they apply, are returned by the same method you used to pay.
Online sessions run on Singapore time (GMT+8). You are responsible for a working device and a connection. We will help with settings on the first call. We are not responsible for a third-party video service failing, though we will offer to reschedule when that happens on our side.
What we teach, and what we do not
Lessons show how to use consumer tools on a phone, tablet, or laptop. Recaps, a 30-day recording when we make one, and one email between sessions are part of the fee. We do not promise that an assistant is accurate. Checking remains your task, and we teach a method for it.
We do not give medical, legal, or financial advice. We do not complete official filings, recover logins, or operate SingPass. We do not take remote control of your device. You must not send us passwords or banking details. If a request sits outside teaching, we will decline it.
You remain responsible for messages you send and for information you paste into a tool. Class examples use sample data. If you bring a real letter to a session, you decide what the group may see.
The website
Content on this site is for information. Programme outlines, fees, and hours are current for 2026 and may change. If a fee on a page ever disagreed with another page, the list on this terms page and on programmes is the one we will honour for a booking already confirmed.
You may not copy the site in bulk, scrape it, or present our pages as your own. Short quotation with a link back is allowed. The name Aiforseniorsclub and the ring-and-path mark are used only by this club.
The site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance. Forms are processed without sending an automated public confirmation beyond the thank-you page. If you do not hear from us within two working days, write again or telephone +65 6735 2914.
Liability and law
As far as Singapore law allows, Aiforseniorsclub is not liable for loss that comes from relying on an AI tool’s output, from a third-party website, or from a decision you take after class. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the law of Singapore. Courts in Singapore have jurisdiction. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
